Always show remote buttons, even if there's no connection over TCP/HTTP. There might be problems reaching Kodi through TCP/HTTP but EventServer might be available/responding, so always showing the remote buttons allows the user to navigate. One instance of this is when a modal dialog box is being shown, and the TCP thread isn't responding, showing the remote buttons allows the user to dismiss the dialog box and continue.

Fixed issue with recursing music items

Using Kodi's JSON RPC, Kodi may return less items than requested, even
if there are more items available. The old method of determining if
more items are available by checking if the amount of items returned
equals the amount requested does not work in these cases. Therefore,
we now use the returned List.LimitsReturned to determine if there are
more items available. If List.LimitsReturned.end equals
List.LimitesReturned.total we assume we retrieved all items.

Some plugins trigger UI when you Kore attempts to browse. We don't want
the Content tab to cause this when the user has only opened the Overview
tab.
For the tabs pinned to the addons view (AddonListContainerFragment),
loading by the usual OffScreenPageLimit rules probably makes sense, as
you can avoid pinning tabs that don't work well.

I removed using the poster as fanart if no fanart is available.
The reason is that the shared element transition is not very smooth
when the aspect ratio of the two image states is not the same.
Going from AlbumListFragment to AlbumDetailsFragment the poster
is resized correctly to the fanart size. However, returning to the
AlbumListFragment from the AlbumDetailsFragment the poster is
abruptly resized to the square aspect ratio needed for the list
fragment.

Improved keeping user informed on sync progress

Implemented binding to LibrarySyncService to check if there are items currently
syncing or queued to sync. This makes it possible to inform user of background
sync processes.
Created two abstract classes to reduce code duplication and check if
LibrarySyncService has any items queued which are currently being displayed.
Fixed issue with SwipeRefreshLayout from appcompat library, which does not
always show the refresh animation when refresh is set to true.

Fixed issue with context menu button being drawn on top of album title
...
Long album titles are ellipsed but TextView width was set to match parent's
width. This caused the TextView to take up all available width instead leaving
some for the context menu. Fix this by explicitly telling the TextViews to
be placed left of the context menu image.

Added playing or queueing artist/album/genre from music screen

Implemented context menus in GridView items in AlbumListFragment,
ArtistListFragment and AudioGenreListFragment.
This allows the user to add everything from an artist, album, or
genre by popping up the context menu and selecting either play
or Add to playlist.
Created a new class utils/MediaManager to hold any methods related
to managing media. Added methods play(...) and queueAudio(...) to
add musiclist items to the current playlist and start playing.

Change D-Pad buttons behaviour, so that they don't fire a command on each touch event. The other scheme makes them too sensitive, which causes them to issue commands when the user swipes on the remote screen for instance.

Change behaviour when receiving a youtube URI request: if no video is playing, clear the video playlist fist, queue the requested URI to the (empty) playlist, and start playback. If a video is playing, just queue the file to the video playlist. The playlist wasn't being cleared previously, which was causing some strange behaviour.

Catch an exception that is being reported in Google Play, when user enters a malformed URL as the media center address. This causes a RuntimeException on OkHttp which wasn't being handled. Ideally we should validate the hostname/ip address that the user enters, but i'm not sure that Patterns.IP_ADDRESS/Patterns.DOMAIN_NAME/Patterns.WEB_URL catches all the possible cases, so i opted for the lazy solution, catch the exception

Allow the user to specify the protocol to use in the connection (TCP/HTTP). HTTP is always needed/used (for images and some requests where TCP can't be used because we want to be stateless), TCP is used by default and if available, but now the user can explicitly choose not to use TCP and always go through HTTP.

Add new intent to "Play on Kodi". This allows sharing videos from the YouTube app to Kodi (unfortunately the share option will appear in every app that shares plain text links, as that is what the YouTube app shares).

Tweaked the Now Playing and Playlist screens to better support YouTube videos
Changed HostConnectionObserver to notify clients not only when the id of what's playing changes but also when the label changes (YouTube videos and pictures for instance don't have ids, so the remote wasn't getting notified of a change in what's playing)
